We have Value-Based approach to selling. We sell "value", not just the product. As part of our sales training we also have a Mentoring Program where our new sales people are paired with one of our veteran sales personnel for their initial weeks to enable our new people to learn from our more experienced sales personnel. We also have an individual sales territory management program. MIS training is on-going with sales so that they are kept up-to-date on general software of our customers. This training includes a general training session on EDI.
